We are proud to launch the GET Phluid Collective to serve, amplify and connect companies at the vanguard of LGBTQIA+ market and talent strategies — from recruiting and engagement to retention and expansion. Our Collective provides high-touch, user-friendly content and customized deliverables that bring conversations from the conceptual to the concrete, from education to inspiration, from Millennial to Gen Z. 

 

We are your core partner in thinking beyond the binary across transgender, gender non-conforming, gender non-binary, and BIPOC communities. We offer you here a team of subject matter experts and a consortium of corporate leaders in community with each other to reimagine the fundamentals of doing business.

Monthly Best Practice Briefs featuring talent and market strategies for equity and opportunity across the LGBTQIA+, transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and BIPOC communities (with the opportunity to be featured as a case study)

Appointment of a corporate leader to the GET Phluid Collective Leadership Table to participate in quarterly strategy calls with peer executives
